Cirrus Logic’s Board of Directors has responsibility for oversight of our sustainability strategy and climate-related risks, with delegation to its three committees – Audit, Compensation and Human Resources, and Governance and Nominating – within their respective areas of expertise. Our sustainability efforts are operationalized by a cross-functional team that periodically reports to the Board of Directors.
CDP Climate Disclosure
We’ve been disclosing our GHG emissions to CDP since 2021. Our 2025 CDP score was a B, consistent with the industry average.
