The PA95 is a very high 900 V power operational amplifier designed as a low-cost solution for driving continuous output currents up to 100mA and pulse currents up to 200 mA in high-voltage applications including instrumentation, piezoelectric transducers, and electrostatic transducers and deflection. This MOSFET power amplifier exhibits a very low 1.6 mA of quiescent current and external compensation provides flexibility in choosing bandwidth and slew rate for the application. Housed in a space- saving, electrically isolated 8-pin PowerSIP package, the PA95 lends itself to high-density circuit board layouts.
