PA93

400V, 8A, Low Standby Current Power Amplifier in Power SIP

The PA93 is an 8 A (14 A PEAK), 400 V power operational amplifier that exhibits a very low 10 mA of quiescent current. The safe operating area (SOA) has no second breakdown limitations and can be observed for all load types by choosing an appropriate current limit resistor. The MOSFET output stage is biased A/B for linear operation and external compensation provides flexibility in choosing bandwidth and slew rate for the application.

Housed in a space-saving, electrically isolated 12-pin PowerSIP package, the PA93 lends itself to high-density circuit board layouts. Targeted applications include piezoelectric positioning, high voltage instrumentation and electrostatic transducers.
