The PA90 is a 400 V power operational amplifier designed as a low-cost solution for driving continuous output currents up to 200mA and pulse currents up to 350mA in high- voltage applications including instrumentation, piezoelectric transducers, and electrostatic transducers and deflection. External compensation with the PA90 provides flexibility in choosing bandwidth and slew rate for the application. Housed in a space- saving, electrically isolated 12-pin PowerSIP package, the PA90 lends itself to high-density circuit board layouts.
