The PA85 is a 450 V power operational amplifier with a very high 1,000 V/µs slew rate targeted for high voltage applications including instrumentation, piezoelectric transducers, and electrostatic transducers and deflection. This MOSFET power amplifier also features a very high 300 kHz of power bandwidth and is designed for output currents up to 200 mA.
The PA85A is the A grade version to provide enhanced performance in the areas of offset voltage, bias current and offset current. The PA85M is the non-compliant military grade version. The PA85 series is a hybrid product design housed in an 8-pin TO-3 isolated metal package. For continuous operation under load, a heatsink of proper rating is recommended.
