The PA81J and PA82J are high-voltage power operational amplifiers that provide an extremely wide range of supply capability. The PA81J is a 200 V supply, 30 mA output device, and the PA82J is a 300 V supply, 15 mA version. High accuracy is achieved with a cascode input circuit configuration.
Target applications for these devices include high impedance buffers, electrostatic transducers and deflection, and programmable power supplies. These hybrid-designed products are housed in an electrically isolated, hermetically sealed, 8-pin TO-3 metal package. For continuous operation under load, a heatsink of proper rating is recommended.
