PA07

Low Bias, 5A, 100V Power Amplifier

The PA07 is a 5 A, 100 V power operational amplifier designed for motor, valve and actuator control. For optimum linearity, especially at low levels, the output stage of the PA07 is biased for class A/B operation using a thermistor compensated base-emitter voltage multiplier circuit. A thermal shutoff circuit protects against overheating and minimizes heat sinking requirements for abnormal operating conditions.

The PA07A is the A grade version providing enhance performance in the areas of offset voltage, offset current and bias current. The PA07M/883 is the fully-certified military grade version. The PA07 series is a hybrid product design housed in an electrically isolated, hermetically sealed 8-pin TO-3 metal package. For continuous operation under load, a heatsink of proper rating is recommended.
