The MP111 is a 15 A, 100 V power operational amplifier that features a very high 500 kHz of power bandwidth for piezoelectric actuator and transducer drive applications. Pulse output current can reach 50 A. The MP111 has optional features including four-wire current limit sensing and external compensation.
The MP111 is an “open frame” board-level module that delivers outstanding performance for operation in the industrial temperature range that rivals more traditional, more expensive hybrid components and can prove to be an excellent substitution when operating environments are less rigorous. This product design features a thermally conductive, electrically insulating metal substrate that provides power dissipation up to 100 watts and allows for direct mounting to a heatsink. This modular product design has a footprint just four square inches and can prove to be an excellent, cost-effective substitution for operating environments in the hi-rel industrial temperature range.
