The MP108 is a 10 A, 200 V power operational amplifier that features a very high 300 kHz of power bandwidth for piezoelectric actuator and transducer drive applications. The MP108 has optional features such as four-wire current limit sensing and external compensation.
The MP108 is an “open frame” board-level module that delivers outstanding performance for operation in the industrial temperature range that rivals more traditional, more expensive hybrid components and can prove to be an excellent substitution when operating environments are less rigorous. This product design features a thermally conductive, electrically insulating metal substrate that provides power dissipation up to 100 watts, yet has a footprint of only four square inches. This modular product design can prove to be an excellent, cost-effective substitution for operating environments in the hi-rel industrial temperature range.
The MP108A is the A grade version offering enhanced performance in the areas of offset voltage, offset current and bias current.
