AUSTIN, Texas – Aug. 30, 2005 – Cirrus Logic Inc. (Nasdaq: CRUS) today announced that John T. Kurtzweil, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will present at the Second Annual SVB Tech Investors Forum. The Forum will be hosted by Silicon Valley Bank and SVB Alliant, and held at the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco.

Cirrus Logic is scheduled to present on Wednesday, Sept. 7 at 10:40 a.m. The presentation will be webcast live on the company’s Web site. An archive of the webcast will be available for 90 days.

According to SVB, the Forum is an independent event bringing some of today’s most intriguing small-cap public and later-stage private technology companies together with institutional and private equity investors interested in high-growth technology investments. This year’s Forum will feature presentations from 84 companies from across the U.S. in the hardware, semiconductor and software industries, selected for their past and potential growth, market performance and technology leadership.
