Company to Make Available Audio Replay of 2005 Annual Stockholders Meeting

AUSTIN, Texas – July. 29, 2005 – At the 2005 Annual Meeting of Cirrus Logic Inc. (Nasdaq: CRUS) stockholders, Cirrus Logic announced that its Board of Directors have been re-elected to serve another one-year term. At the same time, the shareholders ratified the appointment of the independent registered public accounting firm. An audio replay of the meeting, along with presentation material, is available. The replay will be available for 90 days.
