NEW YORK, APRIL 11 -- U.S Philips Corporation, an affiliate of Royal Philips Electronics (NYSE:PHG), and Cirrus Logic, Inc., announced today that they have agreed to settle their patent dispute relating to U.S. Patent No. 4,689,740 (the ‘740 Patent).
