Drive Piezo Actuators With Speed, Voltage and Current

PA107DP Features Industry First 3000 V/µs Slew Rate
MP103FC Dual Channel Amplifier Delivers 15 A X 2

The new PA107DP and MP103FC join the Apex Precision Power® product family of high-voltage, high-speed power amplifiers for the piezoelectric driver market. The PA107DP is capable of slew rates up to 3000 V/µs, which raises the bar for single-package hybrids. It’s an attractive option for medical imaging, ultrasound applications and programmable power supplies. The MP103FC is a new dual-channel designed hybrid that can deliver a very high 15 A X 2 of output current in combination with speeds up to 180 V/µs. It features the industrial temperature range “open frame” packaging form factor and is targeted for driving piezo print heads in large format industrial ink jet printers. Both devices are operational with voltage supplies of up to 200 V.
